  2. To limit the sender to a defined users list

    We run a school and using G Suite as the school's email system. We all belong to the same domain but need the ability to limit the sender to a limited list of users such as administrators, admissions and some faculties.

  3. Tracking data of original mail after even after sending follow up mail

    Firstly, Amazing application.

    The problem: I am not able to see tracking data of my original mail after sending follow up mail to non-responders. I wanted that to be visible. Will it be possible to add.

  8. A set of Email gets 100 Emails each

    I have made a list of 300 E-mails and I schedule the delivery time, however YAMM sends 100 Emails each to the first few recipients only. Very frustrated with this issue

  9. My Email Got Shut Down By Google for Using YAMM

    After using YAMM for one day I got flagged and google shut down my account I find this specially odd since I sent less than 400 emails and a few months in the past I was sending that amount daily for weeks at a time. Not sure what has changed but I paid $24 for a service I can't use.

    Back then I did have G Suite with google not sure if that that makes a difference but still kind of annoying that I lost my email.

  11. Append the First and Last names to the the recipients email address

    so that it looks like: Bill Smith (smitty@aol.com) instead of
    smitty (smitty@aol.com). I believe this would greatly increase the chances of getting past the spam filters or reducing blocked email.

  13. Please extend domain/ campaign reports

    The reports are insufficient. We need to see the campaign status for all campaigns of all users within our domain

    => need campaign status list over entire domain, not only for current user please.

  14. Track Only Primary Recipient - Track Report Currently Useless with CC'ed Recipients

    I usually send emails to my lists but also cc my business partner. When he opens his email as the cc'ed person, the track registers the email as opened.

    If the track could track only the primary recipient, the tracking report and tools could then be used even if you cc people. As it works now, the track reports is useless with cc'ed people.

  17. Everytime I make a new merge campaign, it creates a new sheet, if that didn't happen without going to open the tracking report it

    Just make it so you have the option to keep everything in the same sheet when you open a new campaign

  19. Ability to use email address as a custom/personalized marker in an email body. eg., {{Email}} - it doesn't work

    If a marker's content includes an email address like "hello@hello.com" - YAMM will not populate it. It seems email addresses are filtered out of markers whether the column header is {{Email}} or {{foo}}.

  20. Master summary

    It will be wonderful to see a 3,6, 12 month summary of how many AND which of your receipients
    1) opened
    2) opened and clicked
    3) never opened

    the emails. This will allow you to keep in touch with the ones that have most likelihood to convert.

    Now it is a very tedious exercise in excel every few months. :(
