  1. Allow for more than 1 scheduled mail merger

    when working a campaign of 500 or 1000 contact its would nice to break it up over time by scheduling multiple mail merges.

  2. throttles sending rate

    you need to add a feature that throttles sending rate, all the email limit shouldn't be sent at once, the user should have a level of control, a user should have the ability to tell YAMM, how many emails it should send per sec or minute or hour, like send 1 email every 5mins, it will take about 20 hours to reach daily sending limit but at least it will not trigger anti-spam on gmail

  3. Quota reset.

    can you reset the counter at a particular time every day rather than based upon the time of last mail for it is really inconvenient to match up the timings.

  4. Provide an option to schedule individual email, in a separate date/time column.

    Currently, the only way to schedule email is by clicking on "Send Later". How about YAMM scheduling the email based on the date/time entered in a column in the spreadsheet? This will help in batch scheduling large mailing lists

  5. Stop or cancel option

    To many times I have hit send emails and then realized I clicked the wrong draft or am sending to more people than I intended. It would be nice to have a cancel or stop sending option

  6. Do not sent multiple emails to the same address

    I use this app to send emails after a form has been filled out. A single individual can, and may need to, fill out the form multiple times. Currently, the app sends multiple emails to the same email address... 5 or 6 in some cases, depending upon the number of times someone had to fill out a form. SO it would be great if the app could check email addresses to which is has already sent the merge and skip lines if it is a duplicate email address.

  7. Follow-up to non-responders

    t'd be great if, after a few days, you could run a "follow-up" function that follows up on the same thread to people who haven't responded with a pre-defined template

    Love the info on Opens. Would also like reporting on who clicked, and which links were clicked.

  9. Save merged emails as draft messages

    I would really like a checkbox to allow the generated emails to be saved as draft messages rather than being sent immediately.

    This would allow double checking and personalization of messages before sending.

    You created beautiful templates, but some of them are repetitive. I want to see and use more templates that have varying styles and arrangements.

  12. Move the data about date email opened into a separate column

    Currently you have to click each email opened message to see when it was open and the number of times opened. It would improve efficiency if that information was in another column.

  13. allow preview of each email to be sent (not only the first in list)

    Similar to mail merge in Outlook, I would like to be able to preview each email that will be sent. Many times the first email in my merge is not indicative of what the rest will look like, and I would like to ensure that the formatting for all my emails will send correctly. I have had several occasions where dollar amounts, for example, were sent to customers with 10 digits after the decimal place.   14. Make it impossible for a recipient to find the Google Sheet that the YAMM originated from

    The Google sheet ID is very easy to find in the YAMM tracking url that is embedded in the e-mail. This has led to external people trying to access our internal sheets.

  15. differentiate between who opened the email

    It would be great to know exactly who opened the email. If I add a Cc and/or a Bcc column, then the "email opened" notification system becomes invalid and unhelpful because it is impossible to know who opened it.

  16. Option to Choose Followup Campaign while creating new campaign

    It would be amazing idea, if we can choose which previous campaign on which followup needs to be taken.

    Because when we create folllowup campaign. it doesn't give on us option to filter list and then take followup. So when we create followup it take whole list...then if want to remove somebody there is no option for that.

  17. A set of Email gets 100 Emails each

    I have made a list of 300 E-mails and I schedule the delivery time, however YAMM sends 100 Emails each to the first few recipients only. Very frustrated with this issue
